Right of withdrawal
Purchased unopened items may be returned within 14 days (hereinafter referred to as the return period) from receipt by the customer.
To do so, the customer must notify the provider of the return within the return period and send the goods back to the provider. The goods must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. The deadline is considered met if the customer hands over the goods properly packaged and postage paid to the Swiss Post within the return period.
For bundles and product sets, the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the complete package. A partial return of individual components of a bundle is not possible and does not entitle the customer to a partial refund.
The customer bears the costs of the return shipment. If the return has been declared in due time and completed in full, the provider will refund the purchase price to the customer.
40-Day Happiness Guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the provider offers a voluntary 40-day satisfaction guarantee. This applies to all PERIOD products purchased in the online shop at period.ch, including items that have already been opened or used.
The customer has up to 40 days from the date of purchase to report a product using the official form at period.ch/pages/zufriedenheitsgarantie. The provider will respond within 5 working days and, after review, arrange either a full refund of the purchase price or the shipment of a replacement product.
For bundles, the following also applies under the satisfaction guarantee: refunds apply to the bundle as a whole. Individual components of a bundle cannot be returned separately under the guarantee.
The satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made in the provider’s online shop and does not apply to products purchased through third-party providers or retailers.
