When does it work?

How do I use it?
Let a pipette drip onto your abdomen, back, or breasts.
Gently massage it in to allow the oils to take effect.

How do I use it?
1. Wash your hands and unpack the Soft-Tampon.
2. Soak the soft tampon in warm water for about 10 seconds.
3. Squeeze out the excess water so that the Soft-Tampon is moist but not wet.
4. Compress the Soft-Tampon with two fingers, insert it, and push it up with one finger. The cotton loop should only slightly protrude from your vagina.

How do I use it?
How to insert it?
1. Boil the disc for 5 minutes. The easiest way to do this is by placing the disc in a cup, pouring boiling water over it, and letting it sit for about 5 minutes.
2. Wash Your Hands: Ensure your hands are clean.
3. Hold the disc between your thumb and index finger and press the double rim together.
4. Insert it towards the cervix.
5. Push the front rim up behind the pubic bone to ensure the disc is securely in place.
How to Remove?
- To empty the disc during the day, release the front rim from the pubic bone with your index finger (best done from above), pull the disc out a little, and let it drain without completely removing it.
- Remove the disc completely every 12 hours by pulling it out by the double rim with your index finger (from above). Empty it and quickly rinse it with water.
- At the end of your period, boil the disc again for 5 minutes.

The menstrual disc is hypoallergenic and made of 100% medical-grade silicone from Germany. It is free from BPA, plasticizers, phthalates and other chemicals. As a result, it does not negatively affect your vaginal flora and pH value.
